The Project

Newly single after a long-term relationship ended, I've been training for a marathon a month as a way to meet new people who share my passion.

Through IRunforLove.com I aim to connect with people I meet on a multiple-marathon destination racing journey to create a community with new friends and boldly share this passion project. Ultimately, I hope this friend network leads me to find my person, someone whose passion matches mine in their love of running, adventure, self improvement, and travel.

Why?

I passionately believe that being the best version of yourself and doing the things that make you happy is the best way to find someone else to share your life with. Maybe my person is out there training right now and planning their own destination race schedule!

Who am I?

Hi! I'm T!



Originally from a tiny town in the Midwestern United States, I grew up on a farm. My childhood was spent in the woods when I wasn’t doing chores or riding my bike. While my roots are rural, I’ve traveled to 34 states and 11 countries outside the U.S. I'm a passionate person with an adventurous spirit. I value deep relationships, empathy and compassion, and live by the Golden Rule.

In addition to running, I enjoy hiking, kayaking and SUP, most outdoor activities, listening to live music, reading, writing poetry, nature photography, traveling, trying new foods, cooking, spending time with family and friends, and meeting new people.

• Currently racing in the 40-44 age bracket
• Considering my next move - as a remote worker, I am able to relocate
• No kids or pets

IRunforLove.com was created because I'm running for love - the love of my new self, the love of running, the love of travel, love of community, love of a bold life, and new romantic love that I hope to find on this journey!
